Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jan Hartley. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. RETURNS

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

2. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the cost of shipping for the new item.

6. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. EXCEPTIONS

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to gift cards, perishable goods, and personalized items.

8. SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

10. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We currently do not accept international returns.
